THIS WORKSHOP IS FOR YOU, IF YOU ARE:
- Fed up with constantly battling anxiety and endless worry.
- Open to explore a bottom-up approach to healing anxiety.
- Choosing to change your relationship with anxiety in a somatic way.
- Ready to reconnect with your body and emotions.
- Looking to create a practical self-care toolbox you can use in your daily routine.
YOU WILL LEARN:
- Ways to be with and reduce anxiety that goes well beyond “Just breathe!” and medication.
- To distinguish between the anxiety that comes from the body or that comes from the mind, and learn tools to manage each of them.
- How to relate to anxiety in a healthy way, without ignoring, numbing, or controlling it.
- Ways to recognize and release physical tension associated with anxiety.
- How to skillfully work with your body to find peace and balance.
