Find Your Strength and Balance
Even months after giving birth and completing postpartum physiotherapy, many mothers continue to feel the effects of pregnancy, such as weakened abdominal and pelvic floor muscles, tension, and back pain. Added to this are sleep interruptions and fatigue, making physical and mental recovery even more challenging.
This 6-week yoga course, is designed for mothers who have already completed traditional postpartum rehabilitation. In a supportive and welcoming environment, participants will strengthen their core, back, and pelvic floor muscles through gentle yet effective yoga practices. The program also includes breathing and relaxation techniques to help improve sleep quality and manage stress.
This course will be taught in English. Other languages spoken by the instructor: German, French, Spanish, Portuguese.
