Cette expérience collaborative (et apprenante) va vous permettre de comprendre pourquoi, même lorsque nous sommes convaincus qu’ un changement est nécessaire, nous avons du mal à le mettre en œuvre. Plus particulièrement, nous nous concentrons sur cette envie de changement “comment collaborer davantage et mieux?”. Nous verrons ce qui nous freine et quels leviers nous pouvons activer individuellement et collectivement pour y parvenir.

This collaborative (and learning) experience will allow you to understand why, even when we are convinced that change is necessary, we struggle to implement it. More particularly, we focus on this desire for change “how to collaborate more and better?”. We will see what is holding us back and what levers we can activate individually and collectively to achieve this.
